- 1 full-time staff member, 4 graduate assistants and a secretary to advise and assist fraternities & sororities
- Advise four governing councils (CPC, IFC, MGC, and NPHC) and two leadership honor societies (Order of Omega and Rho Lambda)
- Maintain Greek Affairs website
- Maintain Greek Community membership database
- Assist in recruitment and intake processes
- Publish Greek Community Scholarship Report (semesterly)
- Publish Greek Community Statistical Report (annually)
- Guidance for comprehensive Greek Community leadership training
- Plan and implement a Leadership Transition Retreat annually for newly elected chapter presidents & council officers
- Coordinate comprehensive spring awards program
- Coordinating resource for Greek Community events including Greek Week, Greekfest and fall/spring blood drives
- Resource to alumni/ae, faculty advisors, chapter advisors, house corporations, Greek Alumni Alliance, inter/national organizations and parents
