Chi Omega is the largest women's fraternity and the second largest women's organization--second to the Girl Scouts. Chi Omega has a long and proud history of six purposes: friendship, high standards of personnel, sincere learning and credible scholarship, participation in campus activities, career development, and community service. Through these purposes, our members stive for personal growth and development.

PhilanthropyIn the fall, we have a chili dinner that raises money for a scholarship fund in the name of Liz Kirke, a late Chi Omega. The scholarship is awarded annually to an Iowa State student in the college of design. In the spring we have our "Just Wish for It" barbeque to help raise money for our national philanthropy, the Make A Wish foundation.
